Dirty Joe Muldoon is a recurring character in The Cramp Twins. He owns the junkyard in Soap City and is quite often heard in his caravan. Dirty Joe is a mystery and throughout the series only reveals his face once.
Personality[]
Despite his name, Dirty Joe's mostly shown to be a kind and caring person, unlike most of the residents of Soap City. He has a love of all things scrap and junk, which probably explains why he lives onsite at the junkyard.
However, he is not incapable of getting angry as seen when he lifted Wayne up with a large magnet in retaliation for accidentally knocking his trailer over.
It is revealed in the episode “Homeless Joe” that the first shower he has taken in years is when he stays with the Cramps.
